"Im editing my review, leaving the original as the last paragraph. I feel the need to edit because the experience I am now having with this office since Oscar has left has not been a pleasurable one. I have been harassed by Brad by calling, leaving voicemails and texts wanting me to do the same survey I had already done THREE times. I informed him of this after the first text. After a couple of week of this I told him to CANCEL the policy on 6/4, with the next due date being due on 6/8 and to not take any more money out of my account and to refund the down and first months premium. He informs me he "suspended' it. Two days go by and I then got a text from him from a different number stating he found a different life policy that was cheaper and no surveys/physicals. I didnt as for him to go trying to find "loop holes" I asked him to cancel it. Im then greeted with more text in a what I feel was a hostile manner. A week later, I'm receiving letters from State Farm stating my policy will be canceled for non payment if not paid by 7/8. I called the 1-800 number and spec to a very nice gentleman in the cancelation Dept where I was informed that on 6/4 Brad had put in for my policy to be canceled on 6/4 for NON PAYMENT!!! The gentleman tried to reach Russ Glaze by phone and what do you know...He's not available! He sends him a very detailed email of my complaints and I was supposed to hear back no later than 48 hours, which would have been last Monday 6/17 (I made this call on 6/13) I still have yet to hear from Mr. Glaze but sure got a message from a lady in the office wanting the payment on a policy that should have been canceled. Im still waiting on a call Mr. Glaze and for the premium to be put back in my account. I have given it more time than is fair and I was told by the cancelation department. Make it right and I will edit my review to reflect it. (Original review)....I got the pleasure of dealing with Oscar, he was very fast and professional getting me signed up. Very sweet man and I look forward to working with him on any of my other insurance needs."
